Christy Olsen has over 7 years of work experience in customer operations and customer relations. In 2018, they were a Director of Customer Operations at Ascension, where they managed day to day operations of a call center and led and coached a team to ensure high quality customer care. Christy also assisted in the efficient allocation of resources, goal setting, forecasting and flexibility. In 2015, they were a Customer Support Manager at Ascension, where they created a knowledge base for support team, implemented the organization of metrics and goals, and lead the construction of the Training Program for Customer Support. Prior to that, they were an Executive Administrative Assistant at Catholic Word from 2013, where they prepared and edited business correspondence, maintained calendar and coordinated appointments for executive director, and updated customer database and compiled daily sales report for management.

Christy Olsen received their Highschool Diploma from Queen of the Holy Rosary School, Necedah, WI in 1997. Christy was enrolled in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Subsequently, they obtained three additional certifications in 2020: Project Management - Lean Process Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute in June, Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in March, and Project Management Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in March.
