Pooja Goel

Pooja Goel is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in healthcare venture capital and private equity. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ascension Ventures since August 2022, Pooja leads investments in healthcare services, technology, and medtech, managing over $1 billion across five funds. Pooja's board memberships include Cedar Gate Technologies, Swift Medical, Lifespark, Alveo Technologies, and Peerfit. Prior to Ascension Ventures, Pooja held various leadership positions at DaVita Healthcare Partners, culminating as Group Vice President of Operations, and contributing to international strategy and market integration. Pooja holds a B.S. in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA and an MHA in Health Care Administration from Loma Linda University.
