Lynne Dick

Lynne Dick is currently the Continuous Improvement and Insight Manager at Ascensos, where their team focuses on Insight and Improvement, Fraud Analysis, Communications, and Process Knowledge Library. Lynne previously held roles as Head of Operational Excellence and Quality Manager at Capita and Flint Group, respectively. Prior to that, Lynne served as a Security Operations Team Manager at BAA. Lynne holds an HNC in Management from Fife College.
