Anthony Colella is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Ascent 11, a company dedicated to transforming talent processes through digital innovation and AI since 2025. Previously, as Global Managing Partner for Heidrick Digital at Heidrick & Struggles from 2020 to 2024, Anthony focused on optimizing leadership within organizations. Additionally, in roles at Korn Ferry from 2016 to 2020, Anthony served as Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer, overseeing a $400 million global products business. At Hay Group from 2006 to 2016, Anthony was instrumental in leading product management and digital transformation efforts. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Wells Fargo and PwC, where Anthony led product development and consulting initiatives. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Computer Information Systems from Rider University.
