Valerie Witt O’Connor

Valerie Witt O’Connor is an experienced educator currently serving as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Ascent Academies of Utah since August 2022 and as an Orchestra Teacher at Riverton Music since September 2021. In addition, Valerie has operated Robinson Music Studio since September 2002, providing private and group music lessons and designing a curriculum for music preschool classes. Previously, Valerie held various positions, including Area Partnership Manager at Skill Struck, working on K-12 computer science education, and teaching roles within the Davis, Alpine, and Provo City School Districts, focusing on elementary education and music. Valerie completed a Bachelor's degree in Music and Elementary Education from Brigham Young University and has furthered education with technology-focused certifications.
