Doug Wylin is an experienced aerospace tooling engineer with a robust background in manufacturing and design. Currently serving as an Aerospace Tooling Engineer Checker at Ascent Aerospace since October 2017, Wylin has previously held various roles, including IPT Tooling Specialist at Advanced Integration Technology and IPT Specialist at KUKA Systems North America. At Bell Helicopter, Wylin supervised the Manufacturing Engineering Tool Design Department, enhancing tooling processes to minimize manufacturing rework. Wylin’s expertise extends to designing and managing aerospace and automotive fixtures across multiple organizations, including Futuramic Tool and Engineering and Visioneering Inc., utilizing Catia V4 for tool design and layout.
