Chelsey Payne, AICP, has a work experience spanning over a decade. Chelsey started their career at Mintier Harnish in 2007 as an Assistant Planner and later moved on to become an Associate. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Project Manager before being promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2016. In 2018, they joined Ascent Environmental, Inc. as the Director of Urban Design and Planning.
Chelsey Payne, AICP, completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Regional Planning (MRP) degree in City and Regional Planning at Cornell University, where they enrolled from 2005 to 2007.
