Shannon Olson

Shannon Olson is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry, specializing in legwear and accessories. As a Senior Design Manager at Hanesbrands Inc. since September 2022, Shannon leads product development for the men’s and ladies’ sock division, delivering innovative collections that align with brand strategy and consumer needs. Previous roles include Freelance Fashion Designer at Kayser-Roth Corporation, where Shannon developed successful legwear collections, and Creative Director at Leg Apparel LLC, overseeing private label products and expanding the design team significantly. Additionally, Shannon served as Creative Director & Senior Merchandise Manager at United Legwear & Apparel Co., where procedural improvements led to enhanced workflow and efficiency. Shannon holds a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
