Karen Noble has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team at Ascent Flight Training since May 2019. Previously, Karen held various positions at Integral UK Ltd, including Bid Team Co-ordinator and PA to the Managing Director. Additional roles include Committee Member at the Global Cheese Awards and PA at Dairy Crest, as well as PA to the Cabinet at Wiltshire County Council. Prior experience also includes serving as an Executive PA at Arla Foods and an Account Executive at Kaisen Consulting. Karen's career began as a Client Relations Manager at Gateway. Educated at Colston's Girls' School from 1988 to 1995, Karen has cultivated a strong background in support and coordination throughout various sectors.

Our sole purpose is to provide the Military Flying Training System for the UK’s Armed Forces. We provide this through a unique partnering arrangement with Royal Air Force No 22 (Training) Group and the UKMFTS Project Team from DE&S.
