Zoe Adair is a seasoned multimedia professional with extensive experience in the aviation training sector. Currently serving as the Senior Media Manager at Ascent Flight Training since September 2019, Zoe leads a large team of media developers, focusing on delivering high-quality multimedia for flight training courseware. Prior roles include Senior Multimedia Developer and Senior Multimedia Designer at Lockheed Martin, where Zoe specialized in creating graphics for aviation training, along with significant contributions as a Lead E-Learning Multimedia Developer at Cabling Science Limited. Prior to these positions, Zoe held roles in marketing and branding for Fresh Fuel Ayrshire and worked as a freelance graphic designer, showcasing a strong blend of creativity and technical skill developed through a BS Hons in Computer Animation and Digital Art from the University of the West of Scotland.

Ascent is the training design and delivery organisation appointed as the UK MOD’s Training Service Partner. Our sole purpose is to provide the Military Flying Training System for the UK’s Armed Forces. We provide this through a unique partnering arrangement with Royal Air Force No 22 (Training) Group and the UKMFTS Project Team from DE&S.
