Charlotte Otter

Charlotte Otter is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in media management, particularly in sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives. Since July 2022, Charlotte has served as a Senior Media Manager for the Scottish Government, focusing on Net Zero and Energy. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions as a Senior Communications Officer for The City of Edinburgh Council, where responsibilities included leading communications for the 'Edinburgh Talks Climate' program, and as a Communications Officer for the Edinburgh Climate Commission. Earlier career highlights include managing communications for Sustrans' Transport Scotland funded projects and serving as a Communications Coordinator for Macmillan Cancer Support.
