Jamie Kautzman

Jamie Kautzman is an experienced professional with expertise in customer service and operational management. Currently serving as a Certification Specialist at Ascent Funding since April 2022, Jamie ensures efficient processing of loan certifications and disbursements for school partners and student borrowers. Previously, Jamie held the position of Customer Relations Manager at PURE Meal Prep SD, managing delivery schedules and handling client communications. Jamie's background also includes experience as a Server at Dave & Buster's Inc., where responsibilities included guest service and order accuracy, as well as serving as a Catering Lead at Phil's BBQ, managing event execution and employee coordination. Additionally, Jamie is pursuing education at Grossmont College, expected to graduate in June 2024.
