Ryan Aditya

Ryan Aditya is a senior manager of business analysis at Ascent Funding. Ryan was previously with Goal Structured Solutions, Inc from March 2015 to December 2020 where they were a portfolio analytics and reporting manager. There, they had a deep focus on student loan reporting and analytics. Ryan's projects ranged from improving operational efficiency and portfolio evaluation to loan originations and web marketing analytics. Ryan also managed presentations to institutional clients. Prior to that, they were with Lending Alpha from February 2014 to October 2018 where they were a co-founder of analytics. There, they handled over 100 client accounts and >$7M under management to invest in Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending platform. Ryan engineered two data-driven models to predict returns and derive efficient loan selection increasing performance by >30% to average returns by selecting < 10% of available loans.
