Amanda Harris is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in restaurant automation and quality assurance. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Information Technology Restaurant Automation at Ascent Hospitality Management since August 2019, Amanda oversees the Enterprise Level of Point of Sale for the Perkins Brand, providing strategic direction and managing various technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Amanda spent nearly two decades at Perkins & Marie Callender's, LLC, where roles included Quality Assurance Manager, Restaurant Automation Manager, and Information Technology Support Specialist, focusing on establishing quality programs and providing comprehensive IT support. Amanda holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Information Technology from Southwest Tennessee Community College and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Grand Canyon University.
