Kimberly D. Reese holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Ascent Hospitality Management since January 2020, Kimberly previously held the position of Director of Benefits and Payroll at Goodwill of North Georgia from March 2015 to January 2020, overseeing payroll and benefits functions. Earlier experience includes roles as Benefits Manager and HR Generalist at Angelica Corporation from September 2009 to March 2015, and an HR Generalist position at McKinney Community Health Center from January 2009 to September 2009. In addition, Kimberly possesses certifications as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
