Kevin Steinberg is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various high-profile organizations. As the Founder and Chairman of Ascent Leadership Networks, LLC since April 2018, Steinberg has demonstrated a commitment to advancing leadership initiatives. Prior roles include serving as Senior Advisor to the President and Chief Operating Officer at The Brattle Group from January 2020 to October 2022, and Global Chief Operating Officer at Spencer Stuart Leadership Advisory Services from November 2015 to March 2018. Steinberg's career also includes impactful positions as President & Head of Client Services at Purpose, Chief Operating Officer for the World Economic Forum USA, and various roles at McKinsey & Company over a decade. Educationally, Steinberg holds an MBA and JD from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Stanford Law School, respectively, along with an AB in Economics from Harvard University.
