Stephen Kelner

Stephen Kelner serves as President of Ascent Leadership Networks, LLC since September 2018, focusing on leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, and strategic talent management consulting. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Managing Director and Co-Founder, CHRO at Ascent, emphasizing diverse thought and curated networks. Previous experience includes serving as Global Thought Leader in assessment and development at Spencer Stuart, and as Global Knowledge Manager at Egon Zehnder International, where Stephen enhanced assessment capabilities. Stephen's career also includes leadership roles at WebCT, the Center for Quality of Management, and Hay Group. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Personality Psychology from Boston University, an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and an AB from Harvard University.
