Hayley Owen is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and client experience. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Client Experience Officer at Ascent Performance Group Ltd since November 2021, Hayley previously held the position of General Manager at Ascent from October 2020 to November 2021. Prior to Ascent, Hayley spent a decade at Lloyds Banking Group, where various roles included Head of Risk, Control and Remediation, Head of Credit Operations Rectifications, and Head of Collections and Recoveries, among others. Responsibilities encompassed delivering remediation processes, optimizing performance to reduce impairment figures, and managing substantial teams in telephony and collections. Hayley holds an HNC in Business Studies from West Cheshire College and has a foundational education from John Summers High School.
