Shawna Peters

Shawna Peters has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shawna began their career as a Recruiter at Spherion and then worked as a Recruiter at Advecta. Shawna later joined Analysts International as a Senior Technical Recruiter and then moved on to Hollstadt & Associates as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Shawna then worked as the Manager of Recruiting Services at Genesis10 for several years before transitioning to Ascent Solutions. At Ascent Solutions, they held multiple roles including People Advocate, Director of Recruiting, Recruiting Lead, and Founding Member of Women of Ascent. Shawna's responsibilities at Ascent Solutions involved leading the recruiting function, collaborating with the leadership team, developing relationships with strategic partners, and hiring talented individuals in the fields of Cloud Architecture and Cybersecurity. Shawna's extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition makes their a valuable asset in the field.

Shawna Peters attended the University of North Dakota from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a B.A. in HR and Business Administration. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Park Rapids High School.
