Aaron Ruff

Aaron Ruff has a strong background in finance and analysis. Aaron started their career at Eaton Corporation, where they worked as a Financial Leadership Development Program participant before moving on to roles such as Senior Auditor and Audit Supervisor. In 2015, they joined RealTruck as a Controller and later became the Group Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In their role at RealTruck, Aaron was responsible for financial performance, reporting, and analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Aaron also provided strategic guidance to senior leadership. Since 2022, Aaron has been working at Tappan Hill Ventures as an Investor and Valuation Board Member, providing strategy and consulting support for investment due diligence. In 2023, they joined Ascential Technologies as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Aaron Ruff has a comprehensive education history. Aaron completed their Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Management with a focus on Finance from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Additionally, Aaron holds a certification in Contracting with the Federal Government from George Mason University. Aaron has also obtained certifications in the field of finance, including the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) in 2013 and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (IMA) in 2011.
