Erica Wasson has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, employee relations, acquisition integration, and union relations. Erica is currently the VP of Human Resources for the Medical Life Sciences Division at Ascential Technologies. Prior to this, they were the VP of Global HR Operations at Inotiv, where they also held roles as Senior Director of HR and Director of HR. Erica has also held HR management positions at Plymouth Tube Company, Coleman Cable, Inc., The Braun Corporation, and Wabash National Corporation. Erica has a strong background in facilitating collaboration, improving union relations, and ensuring consistent HR practices.
Erica Wasson obtained a degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1999 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Teams: Successful Meetings and Events from LinkedIn in 2021, Executive Director from The John Maxwell Team in 2013, Certified Human Behavior Consultant (DISC Trainer) from Personality Insights, Inc in 2013, and PHR from HRCI in June 2005.
