Martin Rusling

Martin Rusling is an experienced safety and security professional currently serving as the Head of Safety & Security at Ascential since April 2023, overseeing safety and crisis management for a global customer base in the Marketing and Financial Technology sectors. Previously, Martin held several key security roles, including Regional Head of Security for EMEA at Salesforce, Director of Security at CME Group, and Corporate Security Manager at British American Tobacco. Martin's career commenced at the Metropolitan Police, where a distinguished tenure culminated as Detective Chief Superintendent and Borough Commander of Hounslow. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Reading.
