Kendra Koskin has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Kendra began their career as a Server at Red Hut Cafes, where they were trained on how to meet company expectations and actively participated in the start-up of the newest restaurant in Reno. In 2012, they took on an Intern role for Marilyn O'Malley, Life Energy Coach and Personal Power Expert, where they wrote and posted blog entries to the business's website using WordPress, sent biweekly newsletters to subscribers through MailChimp, and documented audio lessons from Success Magazine. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Edgewood Tahoe, first as an Employment Coordinator/Generalist, then as an Employment Specialist, and finally as a Server. In this role, they specialized in leveraging HRIS for recruiting, staffing, hiring, and overseeing the interview process, job offers, and onboarding process for a luxury Forbes 4-Star Resort. Kendra also implemented a Learning Management System and provided support for any general HR questions. In 2021, they began working at Ascentis a UKG Company, where they currently hold the role of Lead Product Support Representative and Client Support Specialist.

Kendra Koskin has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Kendra also has a certification in SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn, which they obtained in April 2022.
