Wouter Gillis

Wouter Gillis is a Senior HR-consultant at Ascento, where Wouter has been working since July 2008. Prior to this, Wouter was a HR Officer at Corelio from October 2004 to June 2008, and completed an internship at Tessenderlo Group in 2003. Wouter holds a Master's degree in Arbeids & Organisatiepsychologie from KU Leuven. Their expertise includes recruitment and selection for clients in profit, non-profit, and government sectors, as well as conducting Assessment and Development centers from staff to management level. At Corelio, Wouter focused on recruiting mainly commercial profiles and drafting job descriptions.
