Sangeetha Manokaran

Sangeetha Manokaran has extensive experience in the field of research and scientific study. Sangeetha is currently a Senior Associate Scientist at Ascidian Therapeutics since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sangeetha held positions at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where they worked as a Research Associate from an unspecified date in 2017 to July 2019, and later as a Research Associate I from August 2019 with no specified end date.

Before joining the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Sangeetha worked as a Senior Research Fellow at Sankara Nethralaya from December 2011 to September 2016. During their time there, they focused on understanding the link between retinoblastoma cancer progression and lipid metabolism pathways. Sangeetha Manokaran obtained their Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University from 2008 to 2009.
