Olive Sikem Ngah is global demand manager DuPont de Nemours, Inc., where she leads Interconnect Solutions Demand Management Function, collaborating with other business functions. Olive has 22+ years of experience with DuPont and Johnson and Johnson (now Noramco) with assignments in the United States and Asia Pacific. She has held roles in Technology, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement. Ngah has a proven ability to lead global programs and strategic initiatives, delivery significant improvement in customer service level, cost savings, and inventory reductions. She has volunteered with ASCM in a variety of roles including as membership vice president, and education vice president for the ASCM Baltimore Chapter, an APICS Certified Instructor, a member of the APICS Supply Chain Integrated Business Planning special interest group and a member of the APICS Supply Chain M4SC — Supply Chain Strategy committee. Ngah holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Howard University; Oliver Wight certificates in integrated business planning, integrated supply chain management, master scheduling and demand management; an APICS Risk Management certificate; a Certified Demand Driven Leader; and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
