Sarah Hemsley McIpd

Sarah Hemsley MCIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Ascot Racecourse since September 2020, Sarah previously held the role of Senior HR Generalist at Afton Chemical, where responsibilities included HR partnership for various business departments. Sarah's career began at Invensys Building Systems - Europe, progressing through diverse HR roles, including HR Manager and HR Adviser, providing comprehensive support to numerous divisions. Additional experience includes a long tenure at FM Global as an HR Specialist, focusing on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations, along with an earlier career foundation as a Personnel Officer and Administrator.
