Maria Gastelbondo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at SAP since August 2025, Maria previously held significant roles at Merck from May 2019 to August 2025, including Senior Specialist Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist, where support was provided for multiple production plants and various HR operational projects. Maria's earlier experience at Bayer included serving as Chief of Staff to the CFO, where strategic alignment and communication were prioritized, along with contributions as an intern focused on employer branding and culture in Colombia and Peru.
