Matthew Kebe is the Vice President of Project Development at Ascot Resources. Matthew has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, specializing in project development and operational optimization. Prior to joining Ascot Resources, Kebe worked as a Principal Study Manager for Ausenco, where they consulted on projects globally and led a team of technical professionals in producing high quality consulting studies. Kebe has a proven track record in developing and executing successful strategies that maximize project value for clients. Matthew is a Qualified Person on projects and other statutory reports, and is responsible for consulting study planning, scheduling, costing and execution.
Matthew Kebe has a B.Sc. Eng from Queen's University in Material & Metallurgical Engineering, a Graduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School in Corporate Finance, a Valuation of Mineral Projects based on Technical and Financial Modelling from Imperial College London / Edumine, and a Project Management certification from Villanova University. Matthew is also certified by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers as a Professional Engineer (PE).
