Scott Stites is an experienced professional in project development and management in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Project Development at SOLV Energy since April 2012. In this role, Scott leads the Estimating, Engineering, Procurement, and Preconstruction business units. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Director of Procurement at SOLV Energy, where responsibilities included managing supplier and subcontractor relationships and overseeing contract negotiations. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Swinerton, Land Development Manager at Centex Homes, Project Manager at Taylor Ball, and Project Engineer & Estimator at Earth Tech, Inc. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Management from Kansas State University.
