Jamie Lawson FCIPD serves as the Senior Director of People at Asda, leading the Strategic People Partnering and Operations teams for the company's Home Offices and Corporate functions. With a career at Asda beginning in June 2010, Jamie has held several key positions, including Senior Manager of People & Change, where leadership was provided during the significant transition of Asda from Walmart to a standalone business. Jamie's expertise encompasses organisational design, talent management, and the development of a comprehensive reward strategy aimed at fostering a pay-for-performance culture. Prior experience includes a role as Store Manager and Area Development Coach at Signet, recognized as Highly Commended in the Retail Week Rising Star Awards 2009.
