Nathan Hauer

Nathan Hauer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in engineering and design. From 2017 onwards, they worked as a Facility Engineer at Aero Systems Engineering. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they served as a Structural Engineer at Clark Engineering Corporation. Nathan's longest tenure was at Target, where they held multiple positions starting from 2004. Nathan was a Senior Structural Engineer from 2006 to 2014, where they focused on cross-functional collaboration and design optimization. Nathan also worked as a Structural CAD Designer from 2005 to 2006, creating and modifying plans for Target stores. In the earlier years, they served as a Store Planning CAD Designer - Contractor from 2004 to 2005, optimizing store layouts and issuing design documents.

Nathan Hauer received a high school diploma from New Ulm Senior High School between 1996 and 1998. After completing their high school studies, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota, which they obtained between 1998 and 2003. In July 2014, they obtained certification as a Professional Engineer from the MN Board of AELSLAGID.
