Tom Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Technical Support Team Lead at ASE Global since May 2016, Tom leverages expertise in reporting, data flow, and SQL to enhance the efficiency of the support teams. Previously, Tom was a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, delivering tailored management solutions to the motor industry through advanced tools such as Excel VBA and Power BI. As the Managing Director of Prime Security Alarms Ltd from July 2014 to 2017, Tom led the company in providing professional security products. Earlier roles include Project Assistant and Assistant Account Manager at ASE Global, where effective project management and attention to detail were crucial. Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Finance from Edge Hill University.
