Waleed Farid

Waleed Farid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, recruitment, and coaching. Currently serving as a Gallup Platform licensee and a Certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach at Gallup since December 2014, Waleed is responsible for the Gallup CliftonStrengths Arab reporting platform. Additionally, Waleed holds the position of Managing Partner at Strengths Space and has previously worked as a Performance and Impact Partner at SeGateam, along with roles in organizational development and recruitment at B.TECH and other renowned companies. Waleed’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Business Administration from Cairo University and various diplomas in Human Resource Management and Positive Psychology.
