Lucian Schulte

Lucian Schulte is a seasoned professional in the field of actuarial services and benefits management, currently serving as the Chief Innovation and Finance Officer and Strategic Advisor for Actuarial Services at The Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEBP) since April 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Aon, where Lucian was the National Health Analytics Leader and Health & Benefits Vice President, focusing on innovative solutions and client consulting. Earlier positions include Regional Manager of Actuarial and Pension at Johnson Inc. and an actuarial internship at the same company. Schulte holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mathematics from the University of Alberta and is recognized as a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
