David Nelsen

David Nelsen is a Senior Principal Engineer at Aviation Systems Engineering Company working with the P-8A Poseidon Class Desk office. David previously served as the Deputy Program Manager at Naval Air Systems Command and as a Safety Officer on the USS George H. W. Bush. David also held the role of Aircraft Electronics Director at Naval Air Systems Command and has extensive experience in the Navy in various roles such as Squadron department head and Aircraft launch and recovery officer on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. David also worked as an Officer Programs Officer at Navy Recruiting District Buffalo and as a Division officer at Patrol Squadron ELEVEN. David holds a ME in Industrial and Management Engineering as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
