Öykü Koçoğlu

Öykü Koçoğlu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Systems Design Specialist at Aselsan since July 2023, previously holding the position of Human Resources Generalist at UNHCR from March 2023 to July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a People & Culture Business Partner at Picus Security and as a Human Resources Manager at SYNLAB International. Öykü Koçoğlu has also contributed to academia as an Instructor at Başkent Üniversitesi and has worked as an HR Consultant and Senior Assessor at Psylabs. A visiting researcher at KU Leuven, Öykü Koçoğlu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bilkent University, a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle East Technical University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Management and Career Counseling at Ankara University.
