Taha Yilmaz

Taha YILMAZ is a skilled materials design engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Lead Materials Design Engineer at Aselsan since March 2019, Taha has progressed through multiple positions including Senior Expert and Expert Materials Design Engineer. Prior to Aselsan, Taha worked as a Research and Development Engineer at TÜBİTAK SAGE and NURUS, and briefly engaged in a Hack-Auto Management role at TOFAŞ Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. with a focus on automotive development. Earlier experiences include internships at Turkish Aerospace Industries, Inc. and Erdemir Grubu, where foundational knowledge in composite manufacturing and steel production was gained. Taha holds a Master of Science in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
