Cap Watkins is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Lattice, Cap has previously held notable positions including Chief Experience Officer at Primary.com, VP of Design at BuzzFeed, and Sr. Product Design Manager at Etsy. Cap began a career in user experience design at Amazon and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from the University of Southern California, attained between 2002 and 2006.
