Taha Yücel

Taha Yücel is currently the VP of Technology & Strategy at Aselsan. Taha has also served as a Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi at SSTEK SAVUNMA SANAYİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ from June 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Business Sector President at Aselsan from October 2017 to October 2017. From July 2011 to July 2013, they were the Vice President at RTUK - Radio and Television Supreme Council. Taha has also served as a Member of Supreme Council and BRAF Secretary General at RTUK from July 2005 to July 2017. Taha Yücel began their career as the General Manager at TGRT from May 1998 to July 2005. Taha has also served as a Member of Radio and TV Standards Commission at TSE from January 1994 to December 1998.

Taha Yücel is an electrical engineer who received their BScEE from Bilkent University, their MBA from Baskent University, and their MScEE from Boğaziçi University. Taha also has a Lise in Computer Science from Maçka Anadolu Teknik Lisesi.

Taha Yücel reports to Haluk Görgün, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Osman Devrim Fi̇danci - VP, Mustafa Yaman - VP, Communication & IT, and Behcet Karataş - VP, Defence Systems Technologies.
