Tezol Erel

Tezol EREL is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in product development and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Engineer at Aselsan since September 2025, Tezol has accumulated extensive experience at CMS Group Light Alloy Wheels from July 2019 to September 2025 as a Senior Product Development Specialist, where responsibilities included leading product development teams and overseeing deliverables for high-profile automotive clients. Previous experience spans various roles at Vestel from May 2012 to July 2019, advancing from Mechanical Design Engineer to Design Architect & Program Manager, with a focus on project management, design control, and supplier synchronization. Tezol holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Özyeğin University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University.
