Jason Raines

Jason Raines is an experienced professional in the food science and brewing industries, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Solina USA since June 2022. In this role, Jason leads an R&D team at the Oak Creek location and manages a group of Senior Food Technologists and Lab Technicians. Prior to this position, Jason worked as a Research Scientist at Jeneil Biotech Inc, focusing on flavor solutions in the Dairy Flavors division, and held various roles including Head Brewer and Senior Scientist at Big Head Brewing Co. and Kerry, respectively. Jason's academic background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Clemson University, as well as experience as an Adjunct Professor in Food Chemistry at Mount Mary University.
