Ana Maria Alzate Diaz

Ana Maria Alzate Diaz is an experienced project manager and IT professional with a robust background in software development and technology management. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Software Factory at Asesoftware since June 2021, Ana Maria oversees the demand management for the software factory's requirements at The Bank of the Republic, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and product quality. Prior roles include IT Manager at Centro de Bioinformática y Biología Computacional de Colombia and IT Project Manager at ITO SOFTWARE, where responsibilities involved managing IT projects and defining software estimation standards.
