Karen Salazar

Karen Salazar has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Gerente de Canales at ASESUISA since September 2003, where the focus is on managing productivity and optimizing distribution channels to enhance customer loyalty and develop sustainable markets. Prior to their current role, Karen held various positions at SISA Seguros from April 1997 to September 2003, progressing from Asistente de Servicio al Cliente to Directora de Gestión y Proyectos Comerciales. Karen holds a BBA from ESI School of Management and has completed a leadership communication workshop at Escuela Mónica Herrera, as well as an international certification in sales coaching from the International Coaching & Consulting Network.
