Mark Compton

Mark Compton has a strong background in software development and technology leadership. Mark is currently the Co Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Angstrom Sports since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Proprietary Trading Systems Technical Lead at Sporting Index from January 2012 to April 2018. Mark also gained experience as a Software Developer at Matrica from March 2010 to December 2011 and at Marsh Ltd from September 2007 to March 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Aspentech Ltd from December 2000 to March 2003, and as a Software Engineer at Atos (previously SEMA) from September 1997 to December 2000.

Mark Compton attended Kingston University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
