Barbara Winkler-Penz

Barbara Winkler-Penz is a legal professional specializing in labor law, currently serving as a Juristin at ASFINAG since December 2020. Prior to this role, Barbara served as the Leiterin der Rechtsabteilung at the Österreichischer Apothekerverband from October 2016 to November 2020.
