Florian Kubin

Florian Kubin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and environmental law. Since May 2007, Florian has held multiple roles at ASFINAG, including Chief Compliance Officer and Berater für Umwelt- und öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht, while also serving as Compliance-Beauftragter and Datenschutz-Beauftragter. Additionally, Florian has been with Universität Wien as a Lehrbeauftragter since September 2009. Prior legal experience includes positions as a Rechtsanwalt at Dullinger Schneider Rechtsanwälte GmbH and Rechtsanwaltsanwärter at both Kunz Schima Wallentin Rechtsanwälte KEG and Haslinger / Nagele Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
