Leah Griggs Pauly

Leah Griggs Pauly serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Provider Services at VNS Health since May 2019, acting as the primary corporate and regulatory health care attorney for one of the largest not-for-profit home and community-based health care providers in the United States. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Senior Associate General Counsel at Westchester Medical Center Health Network from March 2010 to May 2019, where Leah led legal initiatives across various departments within a multifaceted health network. Leah's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, focusing on health law, and as an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP, where Leah represented local governments and public authorities. Leah began a legal career as an Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Attorney General's Office, selected for the prestigious Honors Program shortly after graduating from Fordham Law in 2002. Leah holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Toledo.
