Gabriella Norcia is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering, particularly in the field of superconductors. Since April 2016, Gabriella has been employed at ASG superconductors S.p.A. as a Project Engineer, where responsibilities include managing technical projects related to the design, production, testing, and installation of Ultra High Field MRI magnets. Prior to this role, experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Gebo Cermex, where duties involved the design of palletizing systems and conducting risk analyses, and as a Project Engineer at D'Appolonia, focusing on composite components and European research project coordination. Earlier experience includes mechanical design work at Fermilab, where Gabriella contributed to high magnetic field test facilities and conducted finite element analyses. Gabriella holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Pisa, obtained in 2008.
