Customer Success Hero at Asgard Software

Tarana N. has a diverse work experience ranging from customer success and office management to teaching and sales. Tarana started their career as a Juniors Apparel Specialist at Dillard's in 2013 and then worked as a Preschool Teacher at Trinity Treasures Preschool from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became a Brand Ambassador for Verizon contractor, a role they held until 2018. Following that, they worked as a Development Team Lead for Verizon contractor from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Tarana joined RIDE FOR JOY as an Office Manager Intern and also worked at The State of Idaho's Department of Health and Welfare from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Tarana is serving as a Customer Success Hero at Katana Software, Inc. since 2022.

Tarana N. attended Boise State University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. In addition to their degree, Tarana N. has obtained two certifications. In September 2022, they completed a course on Mastering Self-Leadership through LinkedIn. In August 2022, Tarana N. also completed a course on Project Management Foundations: Lessons Learned, also through LinkedIn.
